    Welcome to Course ZSD250-80: Implement a ZENworks Service Desk Store!

    In this course, we take you through the process of building a Service Desk Store that uses ZENworks bundles as Items in the Store.

    Each Section includes one or more Lessons with videos and documentation to help you through the process.

    Videos

    There are normally two (or more) videos in each lesson.

    There’s a Presentation video, which includes an explanation of the topic or task and a Demo of the task.

    If you prefer to simply watch the Demo, then use the How To version for an example of how to complete the task (based on our Scenario).

    Documentation

    If you don’t want to watch the Presentation video, then try downloading the Presentation Manual (PDF). It contains all the slides and script, along with the script for the Demo. And watch for other documentation that might be valuable to you.

    Scenario

    To help you understand how to practically build a ZENworks Service Desk Store, we use a Scenario based on the building and testing of a Store for ZEN Demo, International. Be sure to check out the “ZEN Demo and the ZENworks Service Desk Store video (in Getting Started) for details.

    Prerequisites

    So you may be asking, “What do I need to know before I get started?”

    To make the journey more meaningful, we recommend some familiarity with Active Directory users, groups, and domains. We also recommend that you understand something about the ZENworks Control Center and ZENworks Bundles.
