Welcome to the Silk Performer training Results Analysis & Correlation. This training provides a comprehensive introduction to Performance Explorer, results analysis, and real-time monitoring. Note that you should already have a good understanding of performance testing in general and of the Silk Performer Workbench before you start this training. The modules of Results Analysis & Correlation build upon each other, so we recommend that you proceed through this training step-by-step, module-by-module.

The navigation on the left shows the modules of the training. When you open a module, the navigation shows the sections of this module. At the end of each module, you will find a section named Assessment and Review. Use this section as a selfttest. You can find the review answers also in the navigation on the left.

With this training you will be able to gain a thorough understanding of how to analyze results and how to use real-time monitoring to your advantage. You first will be introduced to Performance Explorer and its user interface. Then you will learn everything about time series data, which is the foundation of all analysis and monitoring work. Next you will be guided through the topics reporting, results analysis, and results analysis methodology.

One of the following modules will provide a comprehensive overview of measures. A dedicated module will teach you how to use real-time monitoring in Performance Explorer. And finally, you will get to know some advanced results analysis tools and features and we will demonstrate how you can make use of the test management solution Silk Central, which is tightly integrated with Silk Performer and Performance Explorer.
